Join Your Friends in a Virtual Cash Mob!

This isolation mode is hard on everyone, but it's especially tough on our local businesses. Their income has evaporated overnight with forced closures due to COVID-19.

To support small business owners, the Center for Community Innovation and our partners, Raton Cash Mob, Raton MainStreet and Trinidad MainStreet, invite you to participate in a series of Virtual Cash Mobs!

Additionally, some merchants are participating in a GoFundMe promotion which double contributions (while the matching funds last)!

A cash mob is a group of people coordinated to meet and spend money at a local, independent business at a particular time. At the Center, we're moving this concept online!

We're asking for customers to pop into virtual open houses with your friends to say, "Hello," to our local shop owners and make purchases.

Merchants will be hosting Zoom calls or using Facebook Live. Some merchants will use their own payment portal, while others will use GoFundMe.
