Our Programs + Projects
The Center for Community Innovation plays a key role in workforce development through programs like HiSET and SkillSharp. HiSET helps individuals earn their high school equivalency diploma, opening doors to better jobs, higher education, and personal growth. Through SkillSharp, we provide practical, hands-on training in digital skills, customer service, and career readiness tailored for the needs of our rural workforce. Our education initiative supports learners of all ages by connecting them with resources, mentors, and pathways to success in both academic and career fields. In addition to education and job training, the Center supports local tourism initiatives that highlight Raton’s unique culture, history, and natural beauty.
