The Center for Community Innovation is supporting efforts to build a more resilient community. Prime Time Health Nutrition Class 

Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan that provides a roadmap to better health for adults of all ages, with a focus on living a longer healthier life. The Prime-Time approach empowers individuals to take charge of their health.
 

The class is led by Certified Nutrition Coach, Marian Ray


Meeting Thursdays, beginning January 11th, 6:30-8:00

Cost is $25, which includes books.

Dr. Sears Wellness Institute:

Week 1: Basic Nutrition “Not all calories, Carbs, Fats and Proteins are created equal”
Week 2: Understanding nutrition labels, ingredients, pantry makeover
Week 3: Open Your Internal Pharmacy
Week 4: Make Health Your Hobby
Week 5: Move Waste from Your Waist
Week 6: Live Without Pain and Inflammation

This is a great opportunity to establish great preventive care practices. Knowledge is key to making the right choices!
